Divyamani
Indian Classical Raga
Divyamani is the 48th melakarta raga in the Carnatic 72 melakarta system, the sixth and last raga of the Vasu chakra. It is known as Jeevantika in the Muthuswami Dikshitar school, and is the prati madhyamam equivalent of Roopavati, the twelfth melakarta. Compositions in this raga include Tyagaraja's "Leela Ganu Joochi" and Muthuswami Dikshitar's "Brihadeesha Katakshena."
