Pantuvarali

Kamavardhani, also known as Pantuvarali, is the 51st melakarta raga in the 72-melakarta system of Carnatic music. It is a sampoorna raga that has all seven notes in ascent and descent. Musicians often sing it at the beginning of a concert. Its Hindustani equivalent is the Poorvi thaat, close to Puriya Dhanashree.
