Purnapancamam is a janya raga of the 15th melakarta Mayamalavagowla per karnatik. Its primary scale has six notes in ascent and descent, S R1 G3 M1 P D1 S and S D1 P M1 G3 R1 S. karnatik also records variant scales under the 16th and 41st melakartas, while Wikipedia's list of janya ragas places the raga under the 16th melakarta Chakravakam with a vakra scale.
